Headteacher Update

Dear Parent/Carer(s),

springA huge WELCOME BACK!  We truly hope you have all had a lovely Easter Break albeit the strangest one to date.  We do hope you and your family are all safe and healthy during these uncertain and challenging times.

Our class teachers have been working hard to prepare your child(ren)s home learning grids for this week.  As always you can access them from the school website https://sighthillps.blog/ under the ‘Homelearning’ tab.  You will notice that this tab is looking slightly different with each class now having their own class page so it is easier for you and your child(ren) to access the learning.  Please do send in photos or videos of your child(ren)s home learning to our admin email address (Admin@sighthill,edin.sch.uk) as we are thoroughly enjoying seeing what everyone is getting up to and sharing this.  Class teachers will continue to upload a new learning grid each Monday before 9am and will tweet when it is available so please also follows us on @SighthillS!

There has been a couple of surveys that have been sent out recently to help us to gather some important information from yourselves.  These will help us with ensuring we are supporting our families in the best ways possible within our means.  Please copy links below into web browser to access these if you haven’t already:

Feedback from our families is extremely valuable to us so really appreciate you taking the time to complete these for us.

As always we endeavour to continue to support our pupils and families however we can and appreciate the support you are showing us.

Take Care! #staysafe #stayhome
